Does the method taught guarantee a minimum of sales only on one book?
Or by applying, does it work on all published books?
Does it need to be implemented with something else?

No single method in the world guarantees any sale as long as the book you might create might not based on current interests.
In the video you can see Demetris selling books created with this method.
This has nothing to do with already published books, I don't know what are the niche for that books.
You can do it with Frontend, the OTOs add automatization and traffic for faster results.
No way anybody is telling that you can do a book about "ants" and make it work, you need to base on current active niches as explained in Demetris course.

I meant, in fact, with all the books created with the method taught by Demetris and not with those already published.
Of course you have to identify the right niches where there is interest and channel on those.
